TRIMIT at Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2011
From July 10-14, Microsoft held its yearly Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC), this time in Los Angeles, California. As usual, TRIMIT was present. With 15,000 attendees from 130 countries, the conference is the biggest to take place in Los Angeles in 2011. The conference was anchored around keynote presentations from senior leaders from Microsoft that share Microsoft’s roadmap for the upcoming year, see new and exciting products that are coming up as well as listening to external speakers. The learning and updates presented by Microsoft during WPC can also help partners align their strategies and focus areas to Microsoft’s.
“TRIMIT use WPC to get the latest updates, but first and foremost WPC is the networking opportunity of the year, so we spend a lot of time meeting with existing and new partners as well as Microsoft people and others that are relevant. Having so many people gathered in one place means you can cover a lot of ground in a short time”, says TRIMIT Partner Manager Troels Rasmussen, who represented TRIMIT at WPC.
As a recognition of the fact that TRIMIT is Certified for Microsoft Dynamics, we had been invited to host a 10 minute session to explain just some of the benefits our partners and our joint customers get with TRIMIT.
The relations built during WPC and the outcome of these relations is an important part of us realizing our vision of becoming the world’s leading ISV based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV technology.

SYSteam Fashion Seminar was a Great Success
May 26th 2010, SYSteam hosted a fashion seminar in Borås, Sweden. The theme of the day was “A morning with us can change your future”, and the agenda was focused on the challenges that fashion companies meet. Under the headline “Coping with uncertainty”, professor Jan Carlsson of the University of Borås talked about factors that are important for fashion companies in order to be ready for the future. SYSteam also shared some of their extensive experiences from fashion companies that have made both cost savings, efficiency improvements and bigger revenues after implementing the right fashion IT solution.
TRIMIT was also present and spent 45 minutes discussing some of the many immediate improvements you get from choosing TRIMIT Fashion, and also showed a preview of the solution itself.
SYSteam and TRIMIT were very satisfied with the outcome of the seminar:

TRIMIT participated in LS Retail Partner Conference in Prague , Czech Republic May 5th – 7th 2010.
TRIMIT was, moreover, be an ISV Exhibitor at the conference, and showed the solution for the future, which together with LS Retail constitutes an end-to-end solution for the fashion and furniture industry

September 30th – October 2nd TRIMIT held their very first TRIMIT Partner Conference. The Conference took place in Copenhagen and was called “ExtremeCPH”.
The aim of ExtremeCPH was to give all partners an insight and update on the strategy and future of TRIMIT, to provide all necessary tools to market and sell TRIMIT and to get to know the partners, while showing them parts of Copenhagen that they undoubtedly had never seen before – all this proved to be a huge success.
ExtremeCPH was kicked off with a reception in the Ice Bar, where all partners were introduced to each other. After this rather “cold” welcome 13 rickshaws were lined up outside the Icebar, waiting to give everybody a fantastic trip through Copenhagen to Christiania, where dinner was served.
The second day was packed with sessions on strategy, development, marketing etc. one of the many highlights was, when Dan Brown - General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics NAV came by and held a session on NAV strategy and the importance of VAR and ISV. The numerous sessions were interrupted by regular coffee breaks and lunch on cafés in the very heart of Copenhagen.
After a day with heaps of news and knowledge the evening once again started with a rickshaw ride, this time to the harbour, where a boat sailed everybody to
“Flakfortet”, where dinner was drinks were consumed.
The third and last day was also filled with sessions e.g. a couple of TRIMIT customers gave an account of life as a TRIMIT Customer in “the real world”.
Sessions were interrupted by coffee breaks and lunch at a hotdog stand that was rolled into the back yard of the Conference rooms. In the afternoon it was time to say goodbye and all partners left the Conference with all necessary tools needed to market and sell TRIMIT and with an unforgettable experience of the extremely wonderful Copenhagen.
